The Board of Zoning Appeals has the power to grant adjustments in, and exceptions to, any of the provisions of the "Willmar Zoning Ordinance." Adjustments are made in cases when enforcement of the Ordinance would present unnecessary hardships or to permit the extension of a district where the boundary line divided a lot in one ownership at the time of the passage of the Ordinance. Seven (7) citizens serve for three (3) year terms. Meetings are Mondays when needed at 5 pm.
