The Hospital Board has control and management of Rice Memorial Hospital and grounds and property surrounding it. The Board makes and adopts such rules and regulations for their own guidance and for the government and management of Rice Memorial Hospital. Rules and regulations are certified to the City Council as soon as adopted.
