Paid On-Call Firefighter

The City of Willmar is accepting applications for paid on call firefighter positions. Applicants must be able to pass a written test, physical agility examination, a medical and psychological exam, have a high school diploma or equivalency, be 18 years of age, and possess a valid Class D drivers license with a good driving record. We are encouraging females and other minorities to apply.

Applicants may reside outside of the city limits, but must be able to meet response requirements. Employer authorization to leave work for fire calls is encouraged.
